As the lead designer of The Ad Studio, I revamped our client ticketing process for Vice Media Group’s advertising products, making it more efficient while ensuring seamless alignment with client branding and performance goals. I focused on a mobile-first approach while optimizing ad experiences across all digital platforms. I also developed a scalable system of templated ad formats ( Shoppable ads, Video ads, and Immersive 360° interactive creatives). This process helped streamlining the production. It also helped improved creative consistency and these improvements enhanced workflow efficiency and drove a 40%+ increase in performance metrics, exceeding industry standards.
